Sally Prescott from ZFL gave a fabulous engaging presentation on raising awareness of the benefits of coaching and encouraging people and senior managers to be more open to coaching and not see it as “I must be doing something wrong if I need a coach”. Sally had some great examples of how coaching has boosted confidence and delivered results when there is clarity and belief around the goals. She also gave some good tips on using open questions to find solutions. The participants enjoyed the session and hearing about her experience and were genuinely interested in the benefits they might be able to bring to their own organisations.
