We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join the Landmark Family!
We are now seeking to recruit a Human Resources Manager who has previous experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR Generalist with an excellent understanding of employment law and recruitment. You will have previous experience dealing with all types of Employee Relations matters.
You will have the drive, talent and ability to advise managers in all people related areas. You will be part of the Senior Management Team and you will contribute to ongoing hotel projects. You will have strong employment knowledge; the ability to recruit at all levels and will seek new methods of proactively seeking to tap into new talent pools.

You will be responsible for the daily operation of the HR department and will manage a team of three. You will work with a dedicated Human Resources team reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. You will be passionate about your work, have excellent presentation and communication skills and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and be CIPD qualified.
